Cancellation Policy

To ensure a quality and timely service, we work with appointments only and require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment (full session, touch-up, or maintenance). Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in some extra charges or forfeiture of the treatment session. After skipping a session without 24-hour notice, we may require the service charge before booking the next appointment.

Active Symmetry Refund Policy

In our pursuit of excellence we offer our clients the highest quality care and adhere to strict scheduling guidelines therefore once services are paid we will not be able to offer refunds.

Please notify us 24 hours in advance of any cancellation and at that time you’ll be offered a credit for the dollar amount paid to be used within 30 days of your cancellation.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies.

Refund Policy

We understand that you may have to ask for a refund under certain circumstances. Please note that any deposits made to secure a treatment session are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as The Body Bliss Beyond sets aside resources for that treatment session. If you have purchased a package with a certain package and multi-area discounts and would like to return the unused portion of your package, the treatment sessions you have received will be priced off of per session prices, and any remaining portion of your payment can be exchanged with other services at any time
